If we need to order a specialist part during one of our maintenance visits, we will ensure this is done quickly so as to minimise any downtime. We aim to respond to any maintenance call within 24 hours, and if any stock is in jeopardy, we will prioritise the call and arrive as soon as possible. 

At Jaylee Refrigeration, we offer annual maintenance contracts for our customers, where we undertake to inspect your refrigeration or air conditioning unit twice a year, for a fixed price. This price includes labour and travel for emergency calls, in addition to the two checks per year.
