My Father founded the business using his sales expertise in 1992 starting with one engineer. Jimmy quickly established the company and built a good local reputation with shops, hotels, butchers and wholesalers. Within the first year of trading Jaylee were installing Coldrooms, Freezer Stores and refrigerated display cabinets.
Unfortunately our much loved leader passed in 2011 though his spirit and company ethos is very much alive!
Barrie Fielder joined in 1997 in the position of refrigeration engineer. As a skilled engineer with a friendly nature Barrie quickly established a great relationship with our customers. In 2008 Barrie changed his role to Sales and Project manager. Barrie now enjoys offering our products and services plus running installation projects.
Brian joined in 2003 and we have benefited from his engineering skills. Brian is a willing, hard working engineer with a depth of experience in both refrigeration and air conditioning.
Craig deserves an award as has been keeping our customers fridges cold since 1992! Based in Bournemouth Craig has a great relationship with many of our longstanding customers
I teamed up with my father in 2000 and developed the business to include heat pump air conditioning installations.
I concentrate on keeping up the good work my father started, focusing on customer service, value and sales.
We are very lucky to benefit from long standing lovely staff members.
Joining Jaylee in 2003 Lynda has proven to be an enthusiastic key member of our team. Lynda is the first point of contact at Jaylee and manages the day to day service. I’m always being told by customers that Lynda is fantastic, this should not be a surprise as Lynda puts her heart into her role.
Based out of Shaftesbury Ashley joined in May 2018. Ashley has been working in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry since 2002. Ashley has developed a broad experience in the installation and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ashley has been welcomed by the team and works to a high standard.
Based out of Wareham Gavin joined in 2008 and has become a well liked member of the Jaylee team. Gavin is an accomplished hard working engineer with a depth of knowledge in the installation and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
